The project will consist of placing an ultrathin overlay on West River Drive between Jupiter Avenue and Northland Drive. Prior to paving, the outside lanes and approaches will be cold milled to provide proper pavement transitions along with structure lowering. The project will also include adjusting all castings within the roadway to the new grade after paving is completed. The roadway will remain open to traffic throughout construction, with traffic shifts between paved sections, expect delays.
