This is the final phase of the Texas Underseal project. The road received a chip seal application and will now be finished with an asphalt overlay. Work will include milling butt joints along existing curbs, at project limits, and on side streets, followed by a single-course resurface, valley gutter work, shoulders, and pavement markings. Milling of butt joints and driveway approach work will take place under a moving lane closure. During paving operations, through traffic will be detoured.
