The Kent County Road Commission (KCRC) in collaboration with Gaines Township is contracting with Rieth-Riley

to complete a full-width repaving of select local streets. If you are receiving this letter, your street has been

selected for resurfacing. The project is to be completed within 2025 contract limits, between May 1 through

August 30, weather permitting.

About the Project: The resurfacing project will consist of repaving with hot mix asphalt the entire road surface

of the identified streets.
