Installation of 8-inch sanitary sewer on Ivanrest Avenue, north of 64th Street. Sanitary sewer will be placed parallel to Ivanrest Avenue on the west side, along with crossing Ivanrest Avenue seven (7) times for individual sanitary sewer lateral open-cut excavations.

This is a deep excavation project requiring the installation of multiple dewatering wells along Ivanrest Avenue.

Restoration for this project will include a full-width 1.5” HMA mill and fill from 64th Street to a point 850 ft. north on Ivanrest Avenue.

Duration of Ivanrest Ave closure will be segmented:

• 2-week initial closure

• 4-week reprieve – open road

• Additional 2-week closure to finish project
