Utility work will include cold milling 76th Street, installation of 12-inch water main, 8-inch sanitary sewer, and associated storm sewer work on 76th Street.

Work will also include two commercial drive entrances, paved walk paths and wooden board walks, along with road widening work to make 76th Street a continuous 3-lane road from Patterson Avenue east to Golf Meadows Drive. This project is for the new Patterson Place residential development and Dutton Elementary School.
