Open-cut excavation of Dutton Avenue to install sanitary sewer and tie into existing sewer main. Utility work also includes the installation of approximately 530 feet of 8-inch water main along the west side of Dutton Avenue outside the influence of the roadway. This work is part of Phase 1 of the new Dutton Center plat development.
