KCRC will be completing traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Cascade Road and Spaulding Avenue. The intersection will operate as ALL-WAY STOP between 9AM and 3PM on December 16 as the signal is disconnected for electrical work. Please plan additional time and use caution if traveling through this area. Work is weather dependent and subject to change.
