Project involves a 6-inch partial-depth mill and fill, removing 4 inches of existing concrete white topping and 2 inches of underlying HMA, which will be replaced with two courses of hot mix asphalt. The work also includes spot curb and gutter replacement and permanent pavement markings.  Two-way traffic will be maintained, though delays are expected, and the Airport Exit ramp to northbound Patterson Ave will be temporarily closed during construction.
