The project consists of crushing and shaping the existing roadway, followed by the placement of two courses of HMA. Shoulder grading will occur after paving is completed, along with the installation of permanent pavement markings and site restoration. The roadway will be closed to through traffic during construction but will remain open to businesses and residents within the project limits. A posted detour will be in place when the project begins.
