The project consists of crushing and shaping the existing roadway, followed by the placement of two courses of hot mix asphalt (HMA). Shoulder grading will take place after paving is complete, along with the installation of permanent pavement markings and site restoration. The roadway will be closed to through traffic during construction; however, access will be maintained for all businesses and residents within the project limits. A posted detour will be in place when the project begins.
