Full depth cold mill existing asphalt surface and place 2 courses of HMA. Cold milling of the existing roadway will be completed, followed by the placement of two courses of HMA and permanent pavement markings. The project will be closed to through traffic; however, access will remain open to all businesses and residents within the project limits.
