Project involves sections of full-depth mill and fill and sections of crush and shape along 48th Street. The work also includes sidewalk ramp upgrades and permanent pavement markings. Road will be closed to through traffic and open to local traffic with a posted detour via Thornapple River Drive – Thornhills Avenue – 28th Street –
