The project includes crushing and shaping the existing roadway, followed by the placement of two courses of hot mix asphalt (HMA). Shoulder grading will occur after paving is completed, along with the installation of permanent pavement markings and site restoration. The roadway will be closed to through traffic during construction but will remain accessible to businesses and residents within the project limits. A signed detour will be posted.
