This is a Kent County Drain Commission project. Open cut excavation along the east side of Kuttshill Drive for the installation of 36-inch storm sewer.  Work may also include a water main open cut crossing at Pine Meadows Dr (depending on storm sewer depth crossing ex. water main).  

Work to be completed under a lane closure with flagging.
