Phase 1 of 2 for commercial development located at the NW corner of 84^th St and Clyde Park Ave.

Phase 1: Road widening on Clyde Park Ave to extend the center turn lane further north to accommodate two new commercial driveway entrances. Work will include a 1.5-inch HMA overlay and paint striping for the road widening limits on Clyde Park Ave. Work to be completed under a lane shift traffic control set up.
