This project consists of cold milling the existing roadway, followed by the placement of two courses of hot mix asphalt (HMA) and the installation of permanent pavement markings. The roadway will be closed to through traffic during construction; however, access will be maintained for all businesses and residents within the project limits. A posted detour will be in place at the start of the project.
